This video demonstrates how to use the tools made available for FSMA Firm and Supplier Evaluation on the FDA website.
This tool is designed to support the Supply Chain Applied Preventive Control and the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) but is also useful for compliance with the CGMP’s and industry best practice of knowing your suppliers.
I recommend you watch this video and look up a few of your suppliers (manufacturers.processors) and Firms you buy from (like CFD) to see the information provided. This is one piece of the pie to can use to “approve suppliers”.
